Return and Refund Policy

1.   Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

 

 Eligibility: We currently accept returns only if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (not what you ordered).

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags/labels.

 

2.   How to Initiate a Return

To start the process, please email us at care@urbanessentials.in within the 7-day window. Please include:

1.     Your Order Number.

2.     A clear Photo or Video of the damaged or incorrect product.

3.     A brief description of the issue.

 

3.   Refund Processing Timeline

Once we receive your email, our quality assurance team will review the details.

 

  Review Period: We aim to approve or decline your request within 24–48 hours of receiving your email.

 Inspection: In some cases, a refund is only finalized once the physical product is picked up and inspected at our warehouse.

4.   Refund Credit Timeline (When you get your money)

Once your refund is approved and processed by our team, the time it takes for the funds to reach you depends on your original payment method:
